This team of 'Kids Doing Good Stuff' is made up of young entrepreneurs from the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. They recently got a business license and are now selling their ice cream online.

They organize an annual clothing drive, which operates on a “3 for Free” system. If you bring in 3 bags of clothes you will get a free pint of ice cream.

These days, however, the members of Junior Scoops are focused more on bags of clothing than servings of ice cream. Although the Inza R. Wood Middle School nonprofit club originally formed to make and share ice cream, club members now are busy planning — and accepting donations for — their second annual clothing drive.
